This lecture is divided into two parts: the working ideas under the new ideology and the handling ideas of common contract disputes from the perspective of the Civil Code. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was an important conference held at a critical moment when the whole Party and people of all ethnic groups across the country have embarked on a new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects and marching towards the second centenary goal. Focusing on the 20th National Congress of the CPC, Wu Jing and the participants jointly and conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit and core essence of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, and put forward working ideas under the new ideology.
Lecture scene
Starting from the perspective of the Civil Code under the new ideology, Wu Jing deeply analyzed and explained issues such as corporate lending, corporate external guarantees, debt participation and joint guarantees, the exercise of the right to terminate contracts, and real estate mortgages, combined with common contract legal issues and judicial practice of enterprises. Combining actual cases and data, she fully communicated and exchanged views with the participants on common contract performance risks, and put forward unique insights and practical suggestions for resolving legal risks.
