In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further study and understand Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, and promote government services to a new level, on October 28, 2022, Huang Jianjun, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to conduct a special lecture on Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law for the Qinzhou Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau.

Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law is a major theoretical innovation born in response to the requirements of the era of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is the latest achievement in the Sinicization of Marxist rule of law theory, an important part of Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and the fundamental guideline and action guide for comprehensively promoting the rule of law. In this lecture, Huang Jianjun used rich and vivid cases and videos to systematically elaborate and deeply interpret Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law from six aspects: "Strengthening the implementation and supervision of the Constitution and safeguarding the authority of the Constitution", "Promoting scientific legislation and improving the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics", "Strictly administering according to law and accelerating the construction of a government under the rule of law", "Adhering to fair justice", "Enhancing the legal awareness of all people", and "Building a high-quality legal team". Through "learning, thinking, practicing, and understanding", the lecture aims to enhance the legal awareness of cadres and employees of the Qinzhou Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau and promote the comprehensive administration of law and the development of a government under the rule of law in depth.
