  The Comprehensive Legal Affairs Department is a legal professional department of our firm, in addition to the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Legal Affairs Department, the Company and Investment and Financing Legal Affairs Department, and the Criminal Legal Affairs Department. Our department has a number of senior lawyers with high academic qualifications, strong abilities, and excellent business skills, including doctoral and master's students, specializing in government legal services, natural resources protection and utilization such as mineral energy, and comprehensive legal services such as mountain forest, land, and water rights disputes, marriage and family affairs, road traffic accidents, and medical disputes. 1. Studying the law enforcement situation of the advisory unit and issuing legal opinions on improving law enforcement details;

2. Assisting the advisory unit in drafting and reviewing relevant regulations on administrative law enforcement of the unit;

3. Assisting the advisory unit in carrying out case evaluation, law enforcement supervision and assessment, and other work.

(V) Conducting Special Legislative Legal Services

1. Studying the problems of the advisory unit's law enforcement work and clarifying the needs of legislative work;

2. Assisting the advisory unit in carrying out legislative planning and reporting for approval;

3. Assisting the advisory unit in drafting, writing, and revising legislative drafts;

4. Assisting the advisory unit in carrying out evaluation, hearings, and soliciting opinions on legislative drafts.
