April 26th is the 22nd World Intellectual Property Day. On the afternoon of that day, lawyers from Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm participated in the 2022 National Intellectual Property Week theme promotion organized by the Wuzhou Justice Bureau jointly with the Wuzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Wuzhou Tea Industry Chamber of Commerce. During this activity, lawyers from Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm gave a lecture on intellectual property law and conducted legal publicity for the Wuzhou Tea Industry Chamber of Commerce, popularizing legal knowledge to nearly 30 leaders and cadres of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, administrative staff of the Tea Industry Chamber of Commerce, and members of the Tea Industry Chamber of Commerce, providing legal service guarantees for the Liubao tea industry in our city.
During the lecture, Luo Xiong, a lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, focused on the publicity of legal knowledge for World Intellectual Property Day, and explained in detail to the participants the scope of intellectual property rights, why intellectual property rights should be protected, acts of infringement of intellectual property rights, ways to protect intellectual property rights, types of intellectual property legal services, and the legal regulations of the 'Wuzhou Liubao Tea Culture Protection Regulations', which aroused the strong learning interest of tea enterprise personnel.
