On November 19, 2021, the general branch committee of the Communist Party of China Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as Tongwang Law Firm Party General Branch) successfully convened its general assembly of party members and the inaugural meeting of its three branch committees. The meeting took place in the conference room of Nanning Huayang Fenghua Resort Hotel, with all party members of the Tongwang Law Firm Party General Branch in attendance.

The meeting voted and approved the "Election Method (Draft) for the General Assembly of Party Members of the First, Second, and Third Branch Committees of the Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm Party General Branch," and also approved the "List of Supervisors and Tellers (Draft)." Huang Wenxin, deputy leader of the meeting's preparatory group, provided an explanation of the candidates for the three branch committees of the Tongwang Party General Branch. Subsequently, the members of the three branch committees were elected by voting: Wu Jinling, Zhou Ling, Liang Yungan, Huang Xuni, and Xiong Wei were elected as members of the first branch committee; Yang Xiaotang, Zhang Xinyue, Ni Yehua, Qin Biyun, and Meng Yao were elected as members of the second branch committee; and Lan Xiangang, Liu Yuan, Huang Jiaqi, Huang Linghao, and Tan Ganrong were elected as members of the third branch committee.

He began by expressing his sincere gratitude on behalf of Tongwang Law Firm to the superior party organizations for their concern and assistance in the development of the party building work of Tongwang Law Firm. He emphasized that the establishment of the three party branches of the Tongwang Law Firm Party General Branch is a practical step in implementing full coverage of party building work in the lawyer industry, moving from "tangible coverage" to "effective coverage," and in standardizing party building work, progressing from "key norms" to "comprehensive norms." Finally, the newly elected secretaries of the first, second, and third branch committees of the Tongwang Party General Branch made statements. Under the correct leadership of the Party Committee of the Department of Justice of the Autonomous Region and the Party Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Industry, and under the direct leadership of the Party General Branch of the Tongwang Law Firm, they must earnestly assume the responsibilities incumbent upon the secretary of the party branch, lead by example, and work with the members of the party branch team to diligently fulfill their party building responsibilities.
