For 25 years, we have worked diligently through the stars and moon, braving wind and rain; for 25 years, we have united and strived, reaping the rewards of spring. In November, Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm celebrated its 25th anniversary. Nearly 200 Tongwang members gathered at the picturesque Nanning Huayang Time Resort Hotel to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the firm's establishment. Leaders from Guangxi University Law School, Guangxi Normal University Law School, and Guangxi Police Academy, including Secretary Yu Yunyu, Dean Chen Zongbo, and Principal Qin Song, as well as President Qiu Chengli of Guangxi Jiahe Real Estate Investment Group Co., Ltd., and more than 60 other guests closely associated with Tongwang attended the celebration.

The celebration kicked off with the majestic national anthem.
The first part of the celebration included speeches from veteran representatives Nong Xingzhun, Zuo Renken, Mao Jinhua, Huang Yuhua, Liuzhou branch director Chen Shanrong, Qinzhou branch director Huang Yonghui, Wuzhou branch director Huang Jianjun, young lawyer representatives Ou Xiuling, Wu Dongxue, Zhang Chaomao, Chen Chao, and administrative and service department representative He Haixuan. Some of them recalled their stories with Tongwang, sharing the hardships and joys of starting a business and persevering; some talked about the important role of the platform and team, and put forward opinions and suggestions on maintaining the platform and closer unity and cooperation; some shared the warm experience of Tongwang implementing the relevant system of "passing on, helping, and guiding" young people, and jointly expressed their love and best wishes for Tongwang.

The second part of the celebration was a grand award ceremony aimed at recognizing, appreciating, learning from, and catching up with advanced individuals.
Years of Dedication Award
Nong Xingzhun, Liu Xuanhui, Zuo Renken, Wang Qianfeng, and Xie Wei were awarded the "Years of Dedication Award."
Their tenure at the firm is at least 20 years, and Nong Xingzhun is one of the co-founders of Tongwang, with a tenure as long as Tongwang's history. They have contributed the most dynamic and creative years of their lives to Tongwang, watching over Tongwang, and are the first generation pioneers and developers of Tongwang.
Outstanding Contribution Award
Zuo Renken, Wang Qianfeng, Huang Yuhua, Liu Xuanhui, Liu Jinxin, and Nong Xingzhun were awarded the "Outstanding Contribution Award."
In 2005, Tongwang was awarded the title of "National Excellent Law Firm" with the first place in Guangxi, which can be called the first year of Tongwang's rise and brand building. Today, Tongwang has developed into one of the largest, most strictly managed, most professionally divided, and most comprehensive law firms in Guangxi. Looking back on history, Tongwang's excellent achievements cannot be separated from the correct leadership of the Autonomous Region Department of Justice and the Autonomous Region Bar Association; it cannot be separated from the care, love and strong support of all sectors of society; it cannot be separated from the joint efforts and hard work of all colleagues in the firm; it cannot be separated from the ultra-high cost investment of the firm in brand building during the critical three years of 2004-2006. Chen Shanrong, Huang Yonghui, and Huang Jianjun were awarded the "Courage to Take Responsibility Award."
A strong branch makes Tongwang truly strong. Today, all branches of Tongwang, including Liuzhou, Qinzhou, and Wuzhou, have developed into leading legal service institutions in their respective cities, which is gratifying. Good results are hard-won. They dared to take responsibility during the important historical period of the "integration of people, finance, and materials" reform and construction of the Tongwang Institute, which began in 2016, leading the colleagues of the branch to be down-to-earth and forge ahead, and devoted a lot of effort to the construction and development of the branch, playing a very important leading role.
Dedication Award
Sheng Guohua, Mo Liangzhi, He Haixuan, and Cheng Mei were awarded the "Dedication Award."
During his tenure as deputy director of the Management Committee in charge of finance, Sheng Guohua conscientiously performed his duties, worked hard without complaint, guided the establishment and improvement of relevant financial management systems, and strengthened financial management, which qualitatively improved the level of Tongwang's financial management. Since Mo Liangzhi served as the deputy director of the Management Committee in charge of office and logistics, he has conscientiously performed his duties, worked hard without complaint, and the administrative management and service system has been operating well. In particular, the "Tongwang Home" staff canteen has nutritious and hygienic meals with good color, aroma, and taste, which effectively guarantees the health of employees and makes Tongwang full of warmth. He Haixuan and Cheng Mei, two old employees, have been diligent and hardworking, and while doing their job well, they have also undertaken many other tasks, which have been widely praised by all employees.
Outstanding Professional Achievement Award
Huang Yuhua, Nong Xingzhun, Wang Ximan, Li Caifeng, Ye Jianhan, Liu Shaowei, Wu Jing, Chen Yi, Yu Kun, and Hou Jie have worked hard in the fields of engineering construction, real estate development, government legal counsel, legislative consulting services, corporate bankruptcy, criminal defense, labor and personnel, corporate compliance management, and tax affairs, and have continuously improved their professional service capabilities and professional standards, and have achieved remarkable results. They have made positive contributions to the formation and enrichment of Tongwang's professional service capabilities and the enhancement of Tongwang's market competitiveness, and were awarded the "Outstanding Professional Achievement Award."
Outstanding Party Building Work Award
Huang Wenxin, Tang Deren, and Li Ying, while conscientiously completing their work, have long taken into account the party building work of the office where they are located, worked hard without complaint, and played a pioneering and exemplary role in the process of implementing the firm's development strategy of "promoting the construction of the firm through party building". The party building work of the office where they are located has been affirmed and commended by the superior party organizations for many times, and was awarded the "Outstanding Party Building Work Award."

The third part of the celebration was a keynote speech by Huang Qiangguang, the main founder of the firm and director of the Administrative Management Committee, entitled "Three Questions of Tongwang".

In the question "Who is Tongwang?", Huang Qiangguang elaborated on Tongwang from multiple perspectives. He pointed out that Tongwang is a "two no and four self" law firm that does not occupy national establishment, does not require national funding, is voluntarily organized, self-funded, self-developed, and self-disciplined. This nature determines that Tongwang people must unite, help each other, and strive for the development of the law firm and individuals; otherwise, they will fail. Tongwang is a law firm with faith. "Unity of mind and not failing the public's expectations" and "Centennial Tongwang" are the collective ideals and beliefs of Tongwang people, and "cost partnership, thought partnership, action partnership, not forgetting the original intention, not failing the mission, and not failing the trust" are the core meanings of "unity of mind and not failing the public's expectations." Tongwang is a stage where one can realize career aspirations, support a family, and repay society with life values and national sentiments. Tongwang is also a place where the great waves wash away the sand. The team building must adhere to the basic principle of "both ability and morality, with morality as the first priority", emphasizing that "if the concepts are different, ability is insignificant", and would rather be short than excessive. Tongwang is also a warm family, and we must vigorously strengthen the construction of the "home" corporate culture.

In the third question, "Where is Tongwang going?", Huang Qiangguang frankly said that the achievements have become the past, but can become a source of confidence and strength for us. He warned the entire firm that the road to Centennial Tongwang is long and arduous, and Tongwang people must not forget their original intentions and continue to forge ahead; on the road ahead, we must unite and fight, constantly innovate and be proactive, and focus on building multi-field one-stop high-end legal comprehensive intensive service capabilities. Finally, he encouraged the young people to earnestly strengthen their studies, work hard, cultivate both internally and externally, carry forward the cause pioneered by their predecessors, and contribute to the realization of the dream of "Centennial Tongwang".
In the inspiring song of "Tongwang Song", the celebration meeting came to a successful conclusion. The lyrics, composition, and singing of "Tongwang Song" were all independently completed by Tongwang lawyers. Tongwang people sang: "Let's go, let's go, Centennial Tongwang! We will live up to expectations, we are united!......"
