I vaguely remember the scene when I joined this "big family". It seems like yesterday. Unconsciously, I have accompanied Tongwang Qinzhou Office for six years. As a member of the Qinzhou Office, I feel sincerely proud and gratified. Along the way, with our joint efforts, I have witnessed my growth and progress together with the Qinzhou Office.

My first job was at China Unicom Qinzhou Branch, where I worked for 10 years. Due to family and personal reasons, I left the company that nurtured me in 2013. During this period, in addition to taking care of my children at home, I also worked part-time as a toy agent and food agent. Although I earned more money than before, I felt uneasy. This kind of work had no sense of belonging for me. I still liked working with everyone, having a common goal, and having a good working atmosphere. Just when I was confused, I met Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm in early 2015. After learning about the general situation of Tongwang Law Firm, I didn't ask how much the salary was and resolutely agreed to come for an interview. From the first impression of talking with the leaders of the branch to visiting the head office and talking with Director Huang, I had a further understanding of Tongwang. At that time, I felt that I had come to the right place.

However, less than a month after joining the company, I encountered a very tricky thing. When the decoration of the Qinzhou branch was coming to an end and there were still 10 days left, I suddenly received a call from Director Huang of the head office, saying that the branch must open in three days, which meant that all the remaining decoration, office furniture entry, network installation and other work must be completed in three days, and the hotel must be contacted immediately to implement the work related to the opening ceremony. At that time, my first reaction was, three days, how could it be possible to complete it. Director Huang did not listen to my explanation and said categorically that it must be completed. Director Huang was responsible for communicating and implementing the decoration progress and office furniture entry, and I was responsible for contacting the hotel, installing the office network, and arranging green plants. The notice was received at about 10 pm that night, and I immediately started to mobilize my circle of friends to contact major hotels to ask if there were any seats available. There were only three days before the opening, and many large venues had been booked. Finally, three larger hotels were confirmed.

The next day, Director Huang personally came down to inspect and confirm the hotel where the opening ceremony would be held with me and others. The follow-up work such as ordering dishes and drinks was also completed on the same day. The decoration of the office area and the entry of furniture and green plants were also gradually completed in three days in an orderly manner. On the night before the opening, Director Huang organized the employees of the head office to come and help the Qinzhou branch clean up. The opening ceremony of the Qinzhou branch was finally held as scheduled. On that day, the leaders of the District Lawyers Association and the Municipal Bureau of Justice came to visit and praised the speed of the Tongwang Qinzhou branch. The director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice also said verbally that the Qinzhou Tongwang Law Firm would be the benchmark law firm in Qinzhou in the future, and that he would organize the law firms in Qinzhou to come and visit and study.

To be honest, these three days were the most tiring three days I have ever felt in my life. My sleep time in these three days added up to less than 6 hours, which is still fresh in my memory. But I didn't have a word of complaint in my heart, because I felt very accomplished. This collective and this leader are really incredible. Following him, I think I will create more miracles in the future. I like such a big family from the bottom of my heart. Everyone does things just like Tongwang's purpose - working together with one heart and one mind, and living up to expectations. My job when I came to Tongwang was administrative management and financial management. Administrative management and financial management are my old jobs and I am relatively familiar with them, so there is not much pressure in my work. In March 2016, the Party Branch of Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm was established. As a party member, I also served as the task of party affairs work. The leaders are forward-looking. Our firm was the first law firm in Qinzhou to independently establish a party branch at that time. I thought, since the party branch has been established, we cannot lose face for our party and our branch. Therefore, in the time I took over the party affairs work, in addition to strengthening my own ability and quality, I also constantly explored and improved new ideas and new methods for party building work, and looked for the fit point of party building leading business development. Under the guidance of the higher-level party committee and the Tongwang Party General Branch, and with the joint efforts of the party member lawyers of the branch, I first transformed the conference room of the branch into a party building studio according to the "six haves" requirements, then standardized the party's internal organizational life, strictly implemented the "three meetings and one lesson" system and other regulations, and finally combined the characteristics of the lawyer's work to regularly organize theme party day activities, organize party member lawyers and lawyers to participate in public welfare activities, and strive to create a branch party building public welfare brand, and constantly enhance the law firm's good social image. In daily work, we promptly sort out and standardize the account books of party building activities and learning and education materials, and through continuous practice and improvement, we promote the gradual development of the branch's party building work on the track of institutionalization, standardization and proceduralization. With the joint efforts of all the staff, through the model of promoting the construction of the firm through party building and promoting the development of the firm through the construction of the firm, the Qinzhou Office has won 6 district-level and 5 city-level honors in recent years. Thanks to the Tongwang platform, I have also won the honorary titles of "Outstanding Party Affairs Worker in Guangxi Lawyers Industry" and "Outstanding Party Affairs Worker in Qinzhou City".

Every job allows me to learn new knowledge and improve my abilities. More importantly, I am very honored and happy to work in such a collective with a good corporate culture, humanistic care, and unity and friendship among colleagues. Although my position is the most ordinary one in the law firm, I can always maintain a positive and upward working state. These are the strength given to me by Tongwang and Tongwang people.
