July 1, 2014, is the 93rd anniversary celebration day of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Everyone is carrying out colorful celebration activities for the birthday of the Party. The lawyer's practice certificate, which had been waiting for nearly a month after passing the internship assessment, was also delivered to the law firm by the postal express of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Department of Justice on this day. When I opened the envelope and saw the lawyer's practice certificate, I was extremely happy and joyful. While warmly celebrating the birthday of the Communist Party of China, I also ushered in a grand gift in my life. A song "Today is a good day, everything you want can be achieved, tomorrow is a good day, open the door and we will welcome the spring breeze..." suddenly sounded in my ears.

Obtaining a practice certificate also means that you can independently accept and handle cases, but there is a more important issue, which is the source of business. Some lawyers who have just started practicing are unable to persist because they do not have a stable source of business, and then switch from the legal industry to other industries. As a new member of Tongwang Law Firm, I was also very hesitant and confused when facing this problem. I thought that as a lawyer who had just started practicing, I was not strong in professional ability and did not have extensive social resources. How could I have the competitiveness to obtain business? However, the pioneers of Tongwang Law Firm fully considered this issue that young lawyers are very concerned about at the beginning of the establishment of the firm. The firm's case "co-handling" system fully solves the confusion in the hearts of young lawyers. As long as you are willing to learn, diligent, and careful in your work, partners and senior lawyers will be happy to find you to co-handle cases. Through case co-handling, young lawyers can not only learn more professional skills from them, but also obtain the remuneration they deserve. Through the case "co-handling" system, actively participate in the firm's public welfare affairs, etc. for self-promotion, and gradually improve in terms of case-handling skills and business capabilities.

Bathing in the sunshine of Tongwang Law Firm, it was the end of 2016 in a blink of an eye. With a deeper understanding of the firm's concept of "working together with one heart and one mind, and living up to expectations", I gradually had the idea of joining the partnership, shouldering responsibilities and responsibilities. I deeply know that as a partner, I should not only join the partnership in terms of cost, but also in terms of ideology and action. Only when all partners are unified in ideology and consistent in action to manage all affairs can the firm develop and grow; can the firm be built into the most brand-competitive excellent law firm. Under the influence of this concept and awareness of running a firm, I firmly submitted an application to the firm to express my willingness and determination to join the partnership. In April 2017, the application was approved by the meeting of all partners of the firm, and I was approved to join the partnership team, and I felt extremely proud. Because this is a full affirmation and recognition of my work from an intern lawyer to a practicing lawyer in the past 4 years, and it also places high hopes and expectations.

Time flies. With the companionship of Tongwang, 7 years have passed without knowing it. From an intern lawyer to a full-time lawyer, and then to a partner of the firm, there have been hardships, confusions, efforts, and gains. Under the care of the firm, through my own efforts, I was respectively rated as "Excellent Communist Party Member" by the Party Committee of the Liuzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice in July 2015, June 2017, and July 2018; in January 2019, I was rated as "Liuzhou Excellent Lawyer of 2015-2017" by the Liuzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Liuzhou Lawyers Association; in June 2019, I was rated as "Liuzhou Excellent Young Lawyer" by the Liuzhou Lawyers Association and other honorary titles. The achievements I have made today, although there are my own efforts and contributions, are inseparable from the strong support of the firm. As a Tongwang person, we have grown up healthily under the protection of our predecessors and enjoy their nectar. When we can share a responsibility, we must be duty-bound, dare to take responsibility, and be brave to contribute to the development and growth of the firm.
