In order to effectively leverage Party building to lead and guarantee rural revitalization, in July 2021, the Party Working Committee of the Autonomous Region, the Agricultural Office of the Autonomous Region Party Committee, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the Autonomous Region, and the Bureau of Rural Revitalization of the Autonomous Region issued the "Guiding Opinions on Carrying out the 'Action of Party Building in Government Organs to Help Rural Revitalization'" to deploy the "Action of Party Building in Government Organs to Help Rural Revitalization" throughout the region. The Party Committee of Liuzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice attached great importance to the industrial development of the villages it was helping, deeply understanding that the key to rural revitalization is industrial revitalization and the expansion of the collective economy. It adhered to the principles of Party building leadership, market orientation, and priority to efficiency, in order to improve the industrial system, production system, and management system of the village-level collective economy for the villages it was helping, and continuously sought breakthroughs in expanding the total amount, improving the quality, and enhancing the strength of the village-level collective economy.
On September 18, 2021, the joint construction ceremony of the "Action of Party Building in Government Organs to Help Rural Revitalization" of Liuzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and the awarding ceremony of the rural revitalization public welfare activity base were grandly held in Jiehe Village, Wangdong Township, Rongshui Miao Autonomous County. The joint construction, base awarding, and public welfare donation activities were a concentrated "Action of Party Building in Government Organs to Help Rural Revitalization" carried out by the Party Committee of the Municipal Bureau of Justice.
Quan Chunhua, the first secretary sent by the Municipal Bureau of Justice, visited villages and households to explore the village conditions and public opinions, and learned that the two villages under the jurisdiction of Jiehe Village had difficulties in garbage disposal because there was no garbage truck. After learning about the above situation, the Party Branch of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm actively connected with the Municipal Bureau of Justice and donated 9,300 yuan to purchase a tricycle truck for villagers to clean up garbage, contributing to the beautiful countryside and rural revitalization.
Jiao Baoge, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, Lu Qilong, member of the Party Leadership Group, Cui Yuping, Vice President of the Municipal Lawyers Association, and Pan Xiangui, Vice President of the Municipal Rural Revitalization Research Institute, and other leaders attended the event. Liao Wujin, an activist of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, participated in the donation activity on behalf of the law firm.
