In order to promote the in-depth study and implementation of the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code") and integrate the Civil Code into the daily lives of the masses, from June 18 to June 29, 2021, lawyers from Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm continued to carry out Civil Code publicity activities in the villages of "One Village (Community), One Advisor". Our lawyers carried out Civil Code publicity activities in 11 villages, including Wandao Village, Shiqiao Town, Siqi Village, Hanshui Village, Lianxi Village, Shengli Village, Donggua Village, Shangdong Village, Shatou Town, Shuangshang Village, Siai Village, Dapian Village, and Shatou Village, by distributing brochures on Civil Code knowledge, providing legal consultation services, and conducting rule-of-law seminars, so that the general public can understand the Civil Code, approach the Civil Code, and study the Civil Code regularly.
During the delivery of law to the countryside, the lawyers had in-depth exchanges with the villagers, patiently answered the villagers' questions about forest land disputes, contract disputes, marriage and family, etc., and popularized legal knowledge closely related to the lives of the villagers, guiding the villagers to use legal means to safeguard their rights and interests from a professional perspective. This publicity activity started from the actual needs of the masses, carried out legal popularization work around the issues of concern to the masses, educated and guided more people to know the importance and necessity of studying the Civil Code, and further improved the masses' legal thinking and habits of finding the law in case of trouble, using the law to solve problems, and relying on the law to resolve conflicts. 。
