On the occasion of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, on June 29, 2021, the Party General Branch of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm carried out a collective study activity of a special Party class on Party history education. The event was held in the "Tongwang Legal Forum" of Tongwang Law Firm, presided over by Huang Wenxin, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch of Tongwang Law Firm. More than 40 members of the Party General Branch Committee and Party members of Tongwang Law Firm participated. Party members from the Party Branch of Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, the Party Branch of Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm, and the Party Branch of Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm participated in the study activity synchronously through remote video.

This collective Party class study was conducted in the form of special Party class speeches, with Party member lawyers participating in interactive discussions. First, Huang Wenxin gave a special Party history education Party class entitled "It is a Century of Grace - Drawing Wisdom and Strength to Continue Moving Forward from the Party's Struggle History." Through rich historical materials, vivid examples, and detailed data, combined with the Communist Party of China's struggle history and brilliant achievements in the four historical stages from the New Democratic Revolution, the Socialist Revolution and Construction, the Reform and Opening Up to the New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, he focused on expounding why the Communist Party of China "can," why Marxism "works," and why Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is "good," and introduced the historic achievements made in comprehensively governing the country according to law since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The content of the Party class aroused resonance in everyone's hearts, allowing Tongwang Party members to deeply understand the original mission and spiritual lineage of the Communist Party of China in interpreting the Party's centennial history.

Huang Wenxin requested that all Tongwang Party members should focus on learning from history and putting it into practice, combining the study of Party history with promoting work, and achieving integrity and innovation, and courageously opening up new situations. First, it is necessary to understand advanced ideas from Party history, accept political training, replenish the calcium of the spirit, draw strength for progress, enhance faith and strengthen ambition, temper character, and grasp the correct direction of lawyer work; second, it is necessary to inherit and promote the Party's glorious traditions and fine work style, with the perseverance and dedication of always being on the road, to realize, safeguard, and develop the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of the people, and give play to the functional role of lawyers to do practical things for the people and relieve difficulties; third, it is necessary to follow the logic of historical development, live up to the call of the times, find the era coordinates of lawyers in the construction of a rule-of-law China, plan lawyer work in the overall situation of the construction of the rule of law, coordinate and do a good job in various lawyer work, and fulfill lawyer responsibilities; fourth, it is necessary to draw courage and wisdom from Party history, love the job and be dedicated, dare to take responsibility, practice the original mission in striving for progress, and complete the work tasks undertaken and the tasks arranged and deployed by the higher-level Party organization with perseverance; fifth, it is necessary to draw self-revolution and reform spirit from Party history, do a good job in special governance work on outstanding problems in the lawyer industry such as self-examination and self-verification, rectification and improvement, and plugging loopholes, and use this as an opportunity to promote the healthy development of the Tongwang lawyer team, and promote Tongwang's various tasks to a new level with the sobriety of "taking the exam".

Party member lawyer Yu Kun said in his speech that this collective Party class study made us deeply understand that the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is hard-won and is the valuable result achieved by the Party and the people through all kinds of hardships and at various costs; we must draw strength to promote legal service work from the study of Party history, give full play to the exemplary and leading role of Party members in our work, inherit and promote the spirit of the red revolution, unswervingly follow the path of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics, take the initiative, and promote lawyer work to integrate into the construction of a rule-of-law China with practical actions. Party member lawyer Tan Ganrong said in his speech that the content of this Party class is not only vivid but also deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, making us more deeply understand the historical logic, theoretical logic, and time logic of the Chinese nation from standing up, becoming rich, to becoming strong; we will always keep in mind our original mission, base ourselves on our positions, and fulfill our responsibilities of serving the overall situation, serving the central work, serving the society, and serving the people with legal services.

Through this collective Party class study, Tongwang Party members have deepened their understanding of the Party's centennial struggle history and original mission, enhanced their ability to guide the actual work of lawyers with scientific theories, improved their sense of mission to dare to take responsibility and their consciousness of finding gaps, rectifying, and implementing, achieving the purpose of collective study and achieving the expected results.
