On June 23, 2021, Lawyer Xu Xiaoye, a partner at Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, provided legal training for the third session of the 2021 Guangxi Rural Entrepreneur Talent Training Program (Rural Entrepreneur Enhancement Class). This training session was organized by Guangxi Agricultural Radio and Television School, with more than 100 participants including Guangxi rural entrepreneur talents (high-quality farmers), modern young farm owners, and agricultural managers from the region.
In this lecture, Lawyer Xu Xiaoye gave a lecture on the theme of "Legal Risk Prevention in the Process of Signing and Performing Contracts—Taking Sales Contracts as an Example." Combining his years of practical legal experience, Lawyer Xu Xiaoye skillfully used practical cases to focus on the aspects of contract conclusion, contract terms, legal risk prevention, and sales contracts. He also provided professional legal advice on contract signing and performance issues that may be encountered in rural enterprise operations. The content of the lecture was simple and easy to understand, and the on-site interaction was enthusiastic, effectively guiding the students to fully understand the legal risks in contract signing, performance, etc., and establish a sense of contract compliance and risk prevention.
While giving lectures, in order to effectively solve the legal problems encountered by students in their business operations, young lawyers Huang Guanran and Bu Wen (intern) from Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm also provided students with one-on-one, face-to-face answers and provided practical and feasible opinions for the legal problems encountered by the students, allowing the students to fully realize the importance of learning and understanding the law and using the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
Through this special legal lecture activity, the students said that they have benefited a lot, and hope that in the future, they can carry out legal popularization and legal practice service activities through the legal service base, learn more legal knowledge, so as to further improve their awareness and ability of producing and operating in accordance with the law, and better contribute to Guangxi's rural revitalization. Mo Jialing, Vice President of Guangxi Agricultural Radio and Television School, participated in the entire legal lecture activity, and he fully affirmed the lecture. At the same time, he hopes that the Guangxi High-quality Farmers Training (Guangxi Tongwang) Legal Service Base will send more outstanding lawyers to participate in the training and cultivation activities of Guangxi high-quality farmers in the future, so as to promote the construction of a rule-of-law countryside and help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in our region.
