--Remembering Outstanding Employee Yang Xiaotang
Yang Xiaotang, a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Renmin University of China in 2019 with a Master of Laws degree. During his undergraduate studies, Yang Xiaotang responded to the call of the state and joined the army. During his postgraduate studies, he interned at the People's Procuratorate of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. After graduation, he joined Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm and is now an intern lawyer at Tongwang's Nanning office.
As a party member, Yang Xiaotang has been constantly practicing the original intention and mission of a party member with his practical actions before joining the Tongwang family. During his time at school, Yang Xiaotang actively responded to the party and the state's conscription policy, joined the army, and devoted himself to the hot military camp. During his service in the army, as an activist for joining the party and a probationary party member, Yang Xiaotang has always taken the old party members and advanced elements around him as examples, strictly demanded himself in military training, and has been awarded the titles of 'Excellent Soldier, Advanced Individual, Military Training pacesetter' and other honors.

After returning to school after two years of military service, Yang Xiaotang always kept in mind his identity as a party member, and participated in social practices such as going to the countryside to help the poor, donating blood for free, and community volunteers, and practiced the standards of a party member with his practical actions.

After joining the Tongwang family, Yang Xiaotang always kept in mind his identity as a party member, worked diligently, and did not forget his original intention. At the beginning of 2020, due to the need for epidemic prevention and control, employees were not arranged to eat in the law firm's cafeteria. In order to allow all employees to have a delicious lunch after work, the firm decided to pack the prepared lunch to the office for colleagues to eat at their seats. Yang Xiaotang took the initiative to take on the task of carrying lunch for all his colleagues every day. Although the distance from the office to the cafeteria was not far, it was necessary to manually carry dozens of pounds of lunch, and go back and forth up and down 6 floors of walking stairs. The process was not very easy. From the beginning of the epidemic until everyone finally returned to the cafeteria for meals, Yang Xiaotang insisted on delivering meals on time every day for nearly three months, ensuring the daily meals of his colleagues.

In his usual work, Yang Xiaotang is an enthusiastic intern lawyer. He actively participates in charitable donations organized by law firms, alumni associations and other units, actively participates in handling legal aid cases, and often goes to the Women's Federation of the Autonomous Region and the Women's Federation of Nanning City for voluntary duty. A sentence he often says is 'Okay, I'll do it'.
