In order to further implement the major decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core to carry out the education and rectification of the political and legal teams from the height of the overall situation of the development of the Party and the country, strengthen the relationship between the procuratorate and the bar, and promote the continuous innovation and development of procuratorial work, on the morning of March 17, Yan Wei, Director of the Fifth Procuratorial Department of the Liuzhou People's Procuratorate, Li Juan, Deputy Director, Luo Fangxing, Director of the Second Procuratorial Department of the Yufeng District People's Procuratorate of Liuzhou City, and Li Fuxiu, Director of the Liunan District People's Procuratorate of Liuzhou City, led a team to Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm to conduct visits and discussions. Huang Zhenyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Liuzhou Lawyers Industry and Chief of the Lawyers Work Section, Chen Shanrong, Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, and a number of senior partners and experienced lawyers attended the symposium.
At the symposium, Director Yan Wei introduced the main functions of civil procuratorial work of the Liuzhou procuratorial system and the progress of the work, and explained the core purpose of this visit and research to the lawyers present.
At the meeting, the two sides had a heated discussion on how to give full play to the functions of procuratorial supervision in the handling of false litigation cases, enforcement cases, and civil and criminal cases. The lawyers actively offered suggestions and put forward suggestions for improvement on how to strengthen procuratorial supervision of the problems existing in civil trials and enforcement found in the handling of cases. Director Chen Shanrong said that in the future work, the firm is willing to start from the perspective of lawyers, give full play to the professional characteristics and practical experience of lawyers, actively assist the procuratorial organs to promote the improvement of procuratorial supervision, strengthen the research on cooperation between the procuratorate and the bar, and jointly promote the cooperative development of the legal community.
Director Yan Wei finally stated that through this symposium, the procuratorial staff was able to truly appreciate the real work experience of other legal community workers, and obtained valuable experience and suggestions from a different perspective. It is hoped that in the future, the linkage with the legal profession can be expanded, and the cooperative development of the legal community can be promoted to a new height.
