In order to implement the notice of the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Region and Liuzhou City on creating a brand for the work of the people's congresses at the county and township levels, and to give full play to the advantages and roles of the people's congress deputies, on December 18, the Liubei District People's Congress Brand Characteristic Legal Training Base in Liuzhou City was officially located in Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm.

More than 40 people attended the meeting, including leaders from the Standing Committee of the Liubei District People's Congress, the Presidium of the People's Congress of each town, the Working Committee of the People's Congress of each street, and lawyers from Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm.

The two parties fully negotiated and decided to jointly establish the "Liubei District People's Congress Legal Training Base." The establishment of this base is a concrete manifestation of Liubei District's earnest implementation of the spirit of the National, Autonomous Region, and Municipal People's Congress work, and an important measure for Liubei District to give full play to the professional advantages of the People's Congress deputies and build a characteristic brand for the work of the People's Congress, which will greatly promote the legal publicity, education, and training work of the Liubei District People's Congress.

Director Chen Shanrong gave a detailed and vivid interpretation of the Civil Code from three aspects: the legislative background, main content, highlights, and hot topics of the Civil Code, which was recognized and affirmed by the participating representatives. After the training, the representatives felt that they had benefited a lot and said that they would study the Civil Code in depth, implement the Civil Code, firmly establish the concept of people-centeredness, take the Civil Code as an important legal basis, and better perform the duties of the People's Congress deputies.
