On the morning of September 10th, Lawyer Cao Lang from Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm was invited to give a lecture at the Liuzhou Municipal Party School for the participants of the "2020 Liuzhou Urban Management Law Enforcement System Legal Education and Rule of Law Special Training Class." This training class is a special training class organized by the Liuzhou Urban Management Law Enforcement System to effectively enhance the rule of law thinking and legal literacy of the urban management law enforcement team and improve the level of urban management. The students are from the leadership teams of urban management law enforcement units in various counties, districts (new districts), and detachments in the city. More than 60 people, including business leaders and key members of various departments, participated.
Lawyer Cao Lang, with the theme of "Research on Administrative Litigation Cases," combined his years of practical experience in administrative legal services to explain to the students the guiding cases of administrative litigation of the Supreme People's Court and the typical administrative litigation judicial cases of the Supreme People's Court, various Higher People's Courts, and some Intermediate People's Courts. He summarized the administrative case adjudication ideas and the concept of administering according to law of the judicial trial organs, and elaborated on how to combine the adjudication ideas and concepts of the judicial organs with the work of building a government under the rule of law and the administrative law enforcement work of urban management.
