On August 21, 2020, Lawyer Huang Yonghui, director of Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm, was invited to the Guangxi Qinzhou Coastal Highway Development Center to conduct a special training on "The Civil Code and You, Me, and Him." More than sixty leaders and employees of the Coastal Highway Development Center and its subsidiaries and branches attended the on-site training.
Combining the hot topics of 2020, Lawyer Huang Yonghui introduced the theme of this training, namely the significance of the "Civil Code" and the matters that should be paid attention to in the process of learning the "Civil Code."
Lawyer Huang Yonghui mainly explained the "General Provisions," "Contract Law," "Personality Rights," "Marriage Law," and "Inheritance Law," and explained how to understand and apply the legal provisions of the "Civil Code" to the trainees through typical cases, helping the company to adapt to the upcoming "Civil Code" in a timely manner in the future.
