On August 19, 2020, Huang Yonghui and Xu Xiaoye, lawyers from Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, conducted a special training session on the Civil Code at the office of Guangxi Ronggui Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Group"). The Group's leaders in charge, the Legal and Risk Control Department, and all employees of the Transaction Business Department attended the training.
The lecturing lawyers customized the Civil Code training for the Group based on its business types and operating directions. The series of training sessions were divided into morning and afternoon sessions. The morning session was led by Huang Yonghui, who lectured on the General Provisions and Property Rights sections of the Civil Code. The afternoon session was led by Xu Xiaoye, who lectured on the Contract and Tort Liability sections of the Civil Code. The training content mainly analyzed the significant changes in the General Provisions, Property Rights, Contract, and Tort Liability sections from the perspective of the Group's routine business. It also used scenario simulations and case studies to explain to the trainees how to apply legal provisions, preparing the Group to conduct business in compliance with the latest legal regulations in the future.
