To further enhance the practical case-handling abilities of public legal counsels, the Guangxi Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station invited Liao Jun, partner and director of the Comprehensive Legal Affairs Department at Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, to lecture its public legal counsels on the handling procedures and precautions for court cases. On the morning of June 19, 2020, more than twenty public legal counsels from various entry-exit systems in Guangxi gathered at the Tongwang Law Lecture Hall to listen attentively to Liao Jun's lecture.

As a former public legal counsel, Liao Jun was responsible for the legal work of his unit and properly handled various legal issues. In 2014, he joined Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm as a practicing lawyer, continuing to promote the excellent style of diligence, eagerness to learn, and sincere unity in the army. He fully utilized his professional expertise and has handled many legal affairs, accumulating a wealth of case-handling experience. In this lecture, Liao Jun, titled "Handling Procedures and Precautions for Court Cases," used relevant cases he had handled as examples to explain the case-handling process and precautions from three aspects: preparation before the court session, the court session itself, and the work after the court session. After the lecture, the public legal counsels also had a lively exchange with Liao Jun on the investigation and evidence collection of the cases.

This lecture strengthened the public legal counsels' awareness of handling cases in accordance with the law and improved their practical case-handling abilities. Everyone expressed that they had benefited greatly.
