Luosifen
Luosifen is one of the characteristic snacks of Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, with a unique flavor of spicy, refreshing, fresh, sour, and hot. It is the most local famous snack in Liuzhou. The deliciousness of Luosifen is also due to its unique soup. The soup is made of snails, galangal, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, various peppers, and other natural spices and monosodium glutamate. On August 20, 2018, "Liuzhou Luosifen" was granted the National Geographical Indication Trademark. In 2008, the handmade craftsmanship of Liuzhou Luosifen was selected into the second batch of intangible cultural heritage list of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. In 2020, it was included in the list of national intangible cultural heritage.
