2. Represented Beihai Hexin Real Estate Co., Ltd. in over one hundred pre-sale contract disputes with homebuyers, involving amounts exceeding 10 million yuan.
Civil and Commercial Disputes
1. Represented Huang Moufei in a partnership contract dispute with Xie Mou and Qinzhou Xiejia Labor Service Co., Ltd., involving commercial interests of about 30 million yuan and extensive complex financial information during the partnership period; the case was tried in three levels of courts, all resulting in victories.
2.
