With over fourteen years of practice, long-term focus and research on the application of laws and regulations such as the Labor Contract Law, Social Insurance Law, Company Law, and Contract Law; represented numerous labor dispute cases, handled many complex, difficult, or large-scale labor disputes, achieving good arbitration and litigation results, effectively resolving social conflicts;
Since 2007, Lawyer Wang Ximan has focused on and researched the application of the Labor Contract Law and the legal risk control of labor employment in enterprises and institutions, committed to providing professional legal services for labor and personnel risk management to enterprises and institutions. Invited by the Nanning Talent Market, she conducted practical training on the Labor Contract Law and HR response for nearly 100 relevant personnel from more than 30 enterprises. The article "Several Issues to Note When Enterprises Dismiss Employees" was reprinted by the national newspaper "Construction Times" (December 3, 2007). From October 2007 to October 2008, invited by "Contemporary Life Daily," she provided five sessions of interpretation on the Labor Contract Law and its Implementation Regulations; in June 2015, invited to participate in the "Four Advances" activity jointly organized by the Autonomous Region Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Department of Justice, and the Guangxi Lawyers Association, delivering key points on the whole-process prevention and control of labor employment legal risks to over 200 entrepreneurs from Fangchenggang, Qinzhou, and Beihai, receiving high praise from the entrepreneurs. From April to July 2017, invited by the Guangxi Construction Industry Federation, as a member of the lecturer team for the "Advanced Seminar on Hotspot and Difficult Issues in Construction Enterprise Management and Prevention of Production and Operation Legal Risks," conducted a tour lecture on labor employment legal risks for construction enterprises across the region.
