During her tenure at the Nanning People's Procuratorate, Lawyer Cai Juan handled a large number of litigation cases, independently managed multiple cases involving occupational crimes, dealt with numerous cases of bribery, embezzlement, abuse of power, and dereliction of duty, and participated in handling a series of cases related to a steel group, demolition system, and agricultural machinery system; she also handled multiple widely impactful cases involving the disruption of the socialist market economic order, property infringement cases, and several smuggling cases instructed by central leaders.
After becoming a full-time lawyer, Lawyer Cai Juan provided legal defense services for clients, participating in cases such as Wu Dong and others' loan fraud case, Nanning's first illegal blood selling organization case, the largest illegal trade of hazardous materials case since the founding of the country, Guangxi's largest illegal public deposit absorption case, and cases involving multiple department-level leaders suspected of occupational crimes. All concluded cases achieved good defense results, and the verdicts were recognized by the clients.
Lawyer Cai Juan has extensive experience in legal risk prevention and control work.
