1. Disposal of the Beihai Yinlong Garden unfinished building project. Provided full legal services for Guangxi Construction Engineering Group First Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. to take over the project, properly handling the project's outstanding debts and claims, resumption of construction, and commercial housing sales, successfully revitalizing this long-stalled building and achieving profitability, involving an amount of 120 million yuan.
2. Lin Xiugui v. Guangxi Nanning Guding Trading Co., Ltd. equity transfer dispute case. This case mainly involved mining contract operation and company equity transfer disputes, with an amount exceeding 20 million yuan. After losing in both the original trial and the second trial, Guangxi Nanning Guding Trading Co., Ltd. no longer entrusted the original lawyer but appointed this lawyer to apply for a retrial. After studying and analyzing the case, this lawyer proposed new defense arguments. The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region High People's Court ruled to send the case back for retrial. The Jingxi People's Court retried the first instance, and the Baise Intermediate People's Court retried the second instance, both fully supporting this lawyer's defense opinions, turning the case from defeat to victory.
