After drawing lots and forming groups, the firm's young lawyers and interns were divided into two groups to conduct courtroom confrontations. Each group was assigned different real case materials and played different roles in the litigation. Before the mock trial began, everyone collected and sorted out relevant evidence and drafted relevant documents, gearing up for the upcoming courtroom activity.
On the day of the event, each group of young lawyers and interns argued their cases in court based on their claims or defenses, without stage fright, demonstrating the demeanor that lawyers should have in court. Special invited judges from Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm Director Chen Shanrong, Party Branch Secretary Tang Deren, partner Ou Xiuling, and others expressed their recognition of the performance of the young lawyers and interns. At the same time, the judges also pointed out the shortcomings of the young lawyers and interns in the courtroom performance, which greatly inspired them and made them feel very rewarding.
