Recently, according to the "Implementation Opinions of the Autonomous Region People's Government on Further Promoting Administration According to Law and Accelerating the Construction of a Government under the Rule of Law" (Gui Zheng Fa (2015) No. 2) and the "Implementation Opinions of the Wuzhou Municipal People's Government Office on Establishing the Wuzhou Municipal Government Legal Counsel System" (Wu Zheng Ban Fa (2015) No. 78), after personal application, unit recommendation, qualification review, preliminary selection, and political selection procedures, Lawyer Huang Jianjun, director of Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was hired as legal counsel to the Wuzhou Municipal People's Government.
