For corporate credit applications involving epidemic prevention and control, financial institutions should handle them on a "case-by-case" basis, simplify procedures, open up green approval channels, and improve financing efficiency. Encourage financing guarantee institutions to provide differentiated financial services, lower access standards, increase quotas as appropriate, and reasonably postpone repayment deadlines, provided risks are controllable. Government-backed financing guarantee institutions and agricultural credit guarantee institutions should cancel counter-guarantee requirements. Leverage the advantages of emergency transfer loan business in our city and provide emergency financial support to epidemic-related enterprises. (Responsible units: Municipal Financial Office, Nanning Central Branch of the People's Bank of China, Guangxi Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau, Nanning Financial Group)
4. Implement precise policies and strengthen the implementation of policies benefiting enterprises.

All budget-managing departments should establish a green channel for fund review, optimize the process, and organize enterprises to declare as soon as possible for the development funds of small and medium-sized enterprises that have clear policy standards, are implemented in specific enterprise projects, and are included in the annual budget, and speed up the fund review process. (Responsible units: Municipal Finance Bureau, various industry-managing departments, governments of various counties and districts, and management committees of development zones)
(16) Establish a support mechanism for enterprises to resume work and production.
