The Constitution is the fundamental law of the state and the general charter for governing the country. In order to popularize constitutional knowledge and promote the spirit of the Constitution, on the afternoon of December 22, Lawyer Jiang Yi, partner of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to give a special lecture on the Constitution for the consultant unit Guangxi Brain Hospital. The lecture was presided over by Liu Huihua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the hospital. More than 50 people, including hospital leaders, members of the Party Committee, secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Party branches, and relevant functional department heads, participated in the training.
Lawyer Jiang Yi gave an in-depth interpretation of the concept of the Constitution, the status of the Constitution, the development history of the Constitution, and the content of the constitutional review system. Combining cases, he elaborated on the relationship between the Constitution and our lives, and called on and guided everyone to establish the concept of the rule of law and the belief in the rule of law, and consciously become loyal advocates, conscious observers, and firm defenders of the Constitution.
Through this training, the participants' awareness of respecting the Constitution, learning the Constitution, abiding by the Constitution, safeguarding the Constitution, and applying the Constitution has been improved, and it has been fully affirmed by the participants.
