Chen Yi, partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, deputy director of Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm, vice president of Qinzhou Lawyers Association, and member of the Qinzhou "Eighth Five-Year Plan" Popularization Lecturer Group, was invited to give a lecture and training for the event. Representatives of relevant enterprises in Royal Horse Industrial Park participated in the on-site training.
At the meeting, Chen Yi, a lawyer, gave an easy-to-understand explanation on the topic of "Looking at the Civil Code from the Perspective of the Constitutional Concept and Norms - How to Influence and Regulate Enterprise Operation", starting from the relevant concepts and principles of the "Constitution", combined with the corresponding specific provisions in the "Civil Code" to implement the spirit of the "Constitution", on the issues involving contract signing, financing, asset disposal, ecological environment protection, and pollution prevention in enterprise operation, combined with specific practical cases. At the same time, she suggested that enterprises should take risk prevention measures to avoid causing serious damage to the enterprises themselves and the public interests of the society.
This lecture and training enabled the business managers to deepen their understanding and understanding of laws and regulations such as the "Constitution" and the "Civil Code", further enhanced their legal awareness and risk prevention awareness, and was fully affirmed by the participants present at the training.
