On the afternoon of November 24, 2023, Tang Deren, the Party Branch Secretary and Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, was invited by Guangxi University of Science and Technology's First Affiliated Hospital, where they serve as legal counsel, to conduct a special training session on "The Obligations of Medical Personnel under the Civil Code." The training was conducted both online and offline simultaneously, with over 1,000 people from the hospital participating.
During the training, drawing from years of professional experience, Tang Deren explained the issues that medical staff should pay attention to in their medical activities by interpreting laws through cases in a clear and logical manner. Using accessible language and rich case studies, he summarized 20 obligations of medical staff and offered professional advice on various risk points.
Participants expressed that the training was thorough and easy to understand, focusing on the combination of theory and practice, and the atmosphere was enthusiastic. The training improved the participants' risk prevention awareness and control capabilities in medical activities, achieving good training results.
