On the morning of August 18, China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Guangxi Branch launched the 2023 Compliance Culture Entering Project 'Five Ones' activity. In addition, combining his experience as the head of the legal department of state-owned enterprises for a long time and providing legal services for construction enterprises for many years, he specifically explained the compliance management of state-owned construction enterprises in sixteen key areas such as project contracting, bidding and procurement, visa management, cost settlement management, and project payment collection, and put forward opinions and suggestions on how to implement compliance management and prevent compliance risks in combination with specific cases.
