In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the "Eighth Five-Year" legal popularization plan, vigorously study and publicize the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China", and further enhance the legal literacy of monopoly law enforcement officers, on July 6, Luo Xiong, a lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited by the Wuzhou Tobacco Bureau to conduct a legal lecture on the "Civil Code" with the theme of "A Better Life Accompanied by the Civil Code" for the bureau's employees.
In this lecture, Luo Xiong explained the key contents of the "Civil Code" in the chapters on contracts, marriage, personality rights, torts, and inheritance. Focusing on the legal provisions closely related to life and work, through rich cases, he used instructive and practical language to explain that learning and using the Civil Code well can better safeguard their legitimate rights and interests and maintain social harmony and stability.
Through this lecture, the bureau's employees have further deepened their understanding and understanding of the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China", and in future work and life, they will further consciously enhance their awareness of studying, using, and abiding by the law, perform their duties in accordance with the law, and accelerate the standardization, legalization, and regularization of the monopoly law enforcement team.
