During the event, Wang Ximan, lawyer, gave a lecture on the theme of "A Better Life Accompanied by the Civil Code" at the Guangxi Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce and Guangxi Tianyuan Green Technology Group, entitled "The 'Meaning' of Intention - A Brief Discussion on How the Civil Code Guides Us to Behave and Act." Combining the core socialist values, Wang Ximan elaborated on the great significance of the promulgation of the Civil Code, starting from the code of conduct for citizens, focusing on the relationship between "expression of intent" and civil legal acts, and the application of "true expression of intent" in risk management such as business contracts, labor employment, investment and financial management.
In his lecture on legal knowledge of preventing illegal fund-raising, Liang Yungan focused on the theme of "Protecting Your Wallet and Protecting Your Happy Home." Through typical cases and analysis, he analyzed the common methods and harms of illegal fund-raising, starting from the basic concepts and characteristics of illegal fund-raising, and taught the audience the risk identification and avoidance measures of illegal fund-raising.
