I. Watching Red Movies
In order to cultivate the soul with virtue, inherit the red gene, and stimulate the patriotic enthusiasm of party member lawyers, on June 8, 2023, the Party General Branch of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm carried out the theme party day activity of "Watching Movies to Cast the Soul, Practicing the Original Intention, and Striving Forward", and organized all party members and lawyers of the firm to watch the revolutionary historical film "Li Mingrui" in the Tongwang Law School Lecture Hall.
The film "Li Mingrui" was jointly produced by the Propaganda Department of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and relevant departments. The film shows Li Mingrui's passionate years of pursuing truth and burning ideals, and tells the touching story of his transformation from an old officer to a firm communist fighter. After graduating from military school, Li Mingrui joined the Gui warlords with revolutionary enthusiasm to save the country and the people, and became a famous general in the Northern Expedition. However, he was repeatedly deceived and used, and his thoughts were confused and he could not find a way out. Under the guidance of his cousin Yu Zuoyu, an underground party member, his thoughts underwent a drastic change. He joined the Communist Party and embarked on the revolutionary road of saving the country and the people. He was one of the organizers and leaders of the Baise Uprising and the Longzhou Uprising. He served as the commander-in-chief of the Seventh and Eighth Armies of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, and made outstanding contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the people.
Before the screening, Huang Wenxin, deputy secretary of the Party General Branch of Tongwang Law Firm, introduced the life and deeds of Martyr Li Mingrui to the party members and lawyers. Everyone sang the national anthem together before watching the film. Everyone was moved by the film's magnificent revolutionary scenes and Li Mingrui's original intention to serve the country, his heroic and fearless spirit, and his superb military command talent. After the screening, everyone said that they should strengthen their ideals and beliefs in memory of the heroes, draw strength from their efforts, and write a new chapter of the times based on their positions.
II. Carry out exchange and co-construction
In order to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, enhance the vitality of grass-roots party organizations, and guide party members to consciously enhance their awareness of integrity and self-discipline and cultivate a clean and upright political ecology, on June 9, 2023, the Party General Branch of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm and the Second Branch of the Management Department of Guangxi Jiaoke Group Co., Ltd. jointly carried out an exchange and discussion activity on "Clean Governance Construction".
At the event site, everyone first visited the "Wisdom Convergence and Integrity" integrity culture exhibition hall of Guangxi Jiaoke Group. As a unique integrity culture position of Guangxi Jiaoke Group, the exhibition hall combines long Chinese painting scrolls, the concept of integrity time, Peking Opera quintessence culture, touch-screen answering system, calligraphy and painting exhibition, and other forms of expression to fully demonstrate Guangxi Jiaoke Group's firm determination to promote the construction of a clean state-owned enterprise and build a solid ideological defense line against corruption. By visiting the three theme exhibition areas of the exhibition hall, "Danqing Overflowing with Color", "Jingtao Opera Waves", and "Qingying First Photo", everyone received a spiritual baptism that touched their hearts, further enhanced their awareness of integrity in their work, and had a deeper understanding and reflection on comprehensively and strictly governing the party.
After the visit, the party members of both sides were in the conference room of Guangxi Jiaoke Group. Tang Jiahai, secretary of the Second Branch of the Management Department of Guangxi Jiaoke Group, and Huang Wenxin, deputy secretary of the Party General Branch of Tongwang Law Firm, respectively introduced the basic situation of the party organizations of both sides and the development of party building work, and signed the "Grass-roots Party Organization 'Clean Co-construction' Agreement" on behalf of the party organizations of both sides, hoping to better realize work interaction and resource sharing through the pairing and co-construction of grass-roots party organizations, and promote the innovative development of clean governance construction and business work of both sides. Then, Huang Wenxin and Tang Jiahai gave special party lectures to the party members of both sides on "Interpretation of the Rule of Law Construction in the Report of the 20th National Congress of the Party" and "Maintaining the Sobriety and Firmness of Solving the Unique Problems of a Large Party in Conducting Extensive Investigation and Research" respectively.
Finally, the party members of both sides conducted a discussion and exchange on how to carry out the construction of a clean branch and how to promote the grass-roots party organization to become a strong fighting fortress for deepening reform and development, and reached a consensus on further expanding the forms and contents of the co-construction activities of the party organizations of both sides.
