Recently, Li Zhurong, a lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to the Wuzhou Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China to conduct a legal lecture on "Credit Legal Risks and Prevention from the Perspective of the Civil Code." Approximately 100 employees from the Wuzhou Branch and three sub-branches in Cangwu County, Mengshan County, and Teng County participated in the training on-site and via video simultaneously.
In this lecture, Li Zhurong divided the theme of "Credit Legal Risks and Prevention from the Perspective of the Civil Code" into two parts: legal risks and prevention of credit subjects and guarantees. The typical cases with warning education in the lecture constantly reminded everyone to "strengthen compliance and control risks," and adhere to the equal emphasis on business development and risk prevention and control.
This lecture enabled the employees of the Agricultural Development Bank of China Wuzhou Branch to gain good results and experiences in learning the "Civil Code," and at the same time, it enhanced the legal awareness and compliance awareness of the lectured units and employees, and improved the level of case prevention and control.
