To further promote the revised 2020 edition of the "Law on the Protection of Minors," on June 1, 2023, Children's Day, Mo Chuying, a lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to Wuzhou No. 6 Kindergarten to conduct legal publicity on the "Law on the Protection of Minors."
At the event, lawyer Mo Chuying vividly introduced the relevant content of "Family Protection," "School Protection," "Social Protection," "Judicial Protection," "Network Protection," and "Government Protection" in the "Law on the Protection of Minors" through her own case-handling experience. Based on the work characteristics of kindergarten staff, she explained relevant legal knowledge with examples from life, so that kindergarten staff could more clearly understand the rights enjoyed by minors and how to deal with accidents in the kindergarten.
This legal publicity enhanced the legal awareness of kindergarten staff regarding the protection of minors, enabling them to have a deeper understanding of the legal provisions and legal responsibilities of the "Law on the Protection of Minors."
