On May 23, Lin Ziguang, Deputy Director of the Management Committee and Senior Partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was invited by Nanning Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. to conduct training on the "Legal Dispute Case Management Measures" system and share practical experience in handling litigation disputes. Internal control liaisons from various departments of the Industrial Investment Group, leaders in charge of legal affairs management from various affiliated enterprises, and heads and specialists from legal or risk control departments all attended.
The "Legal Dispute Case Management Measures" is a management system promulgated by the Industrial Investment Group on May 6, 2023, applicable to the Group and its affiliated enterprises, aimed at standardizing the case management of the Industrial Investment Group and establishing a comprehensive risk management system. This training and sharing session was conducted in the form of a symposium. Lawyer Lin Ziguang explained the purpose of the system, the scope of application, important definitions, main principles, and division of responsibilities. He then meticulously reviewed the case handling procedures, case file management, and related requirements, and introduced how supervision, inspection, accountability, and assessment mechanisms operate.
In addition, to further enhance the case management and risk prevention awareness of the participants, Lawyer Lin Ziguang also shared practical experience in handling litigation cases based on his many years of experience. In the process of handling litigation disputes, as the person in charge of enterprise legal affairs or risk control management, each case needs to be refined and studied from five sections: case analysis, evidence collection and fixation, formulation of litigation strategies, property preservation, and case review. At the same time, the legal risks indicated by the case should be summarized to avoid similar situations from happening again, so as to feed back to the business.
After the symposium, Lawyer Lin Ziguang also interacted and communicated with the on-site personnel, answering the questions raised by the on-site personnel one by one.
