The first creditors' meeting of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Wuzhou Nantian Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nantian Company"), with Tongwang (Wuzhou) serving as the bankruptcy administrator, was successfully held at the Teng County People's Court on the morning of April 25, 2023.
Nantian Company was unable to pay off its due debts and was insolvent. The Teng County People's Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Nantian Company on February 17, 2023, and designated Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm as the bankruptcy administrator of Nantian Company.
Since accepting the designation from the Teng County People's Court to become the administrator, Tongwang (Wuzhou) has actively performed its duties diligently under the supervision and guidance of the People's Court, comprehensively investigated and verified the debtor's assets and liabilities, and maximized the protection of creditors' interests.
More than 50 representatives from the collegial panel of the Teng County People's Court, creditor representatives, administrators, and debtor representatives attended the creditors' meeting. At the meeting, the collegial panel announced the ruling on acceptance of the bankruptcy case and the decision to appoint the administrator, and appointed the chairman of the creditors' meeting and the employee representative of the creditors. The administrator gave a periodic work report on the recent case handling situation, explained the "Bankruptcy Property Management Plan" and the "Bankruptcy Property Disposal Plan", and submitted them to the creditors' meeting for voting. The above proposals were approved by the creditors' meeting, and the meeting successfully completed all the agenda.
