On the afternoon of March 30, 2023, Zhang Shiyuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Chengzhong District People's Congress, and Chairman of the Chengzhong District Federation of Trade Unions, Luo Yong, Director of the Legal and Internal Affairs Judicial Committee of the Chengzhong District People's Congress, Tang Chunjie, Secretary of the Party Group of the Chengzhong District Federation of Trade Unions, Luo Yu, Vice Chairman, and relevant personnel from the Rights and Interests Protection Department, a group of six people, visited Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm for inspection, and held a discussion on the issue of listing the representative liaison station in the legal professional field of the Chengzhong District People's Congress and better carrying out trade union legal aid work. Tang Deren, representative of the Chengzhong District People's Congress, member of the Legal Committee, and Secretary of the Party Branch of Tongwang Liuzhou Office, Ou Xiuling, Deputy Secretary, Zhou Xinghai, Organization Member, and others attended the symposium.
At the symposium, Secretary Tang Deren reported to the leaders on the construction of Tongwang Liuzhou Office and the progress of listing the representative liaison station in the legal professional field of the Chengzhong District People's Congress, and put forward his own ideas and plans on how to better carry out activities after the listing. In addition, he also made a special report on the professional construction of labor legal affairs, especially the activities carried out and some experiences gained in safeguarding the rights and interests of enterprise employees. Tang Chunjie, Secretary of the Party Group of the Chengzhong District Federation of Trade Unions, gave a more detailed introduction to everyone on a series of activities carried out by the Chengzhong District Federation of Trade Unions and the trade union's legal aid, employee rights protection, and rights and interests protection, and suggested that the law firm establish a trade union organization to better provide high-quality services to the law firm's employees. Deputy Secretary Ou Xiuling introduced the basic situation of her adherence to labor legal affairs since she started practicing, and reported to everyone on the summary of experience and lessons learned in her many years of practice, and also put forward some of her own views on how the trade union can protect the rights and interests of employees.

Secretary Tang Deren finally stated that in order to better publicize and implement the "Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China", it was decided to first establish a trade union in Tongwang Liuzhou Office, and strengthen publicity and promotion in the enterprises serving in the law firm, and will actively assist the Chengzhong District Federation of Trade Unions in carrying out relevant activities, and make due efforts to build harmonious labor relations.
