On the mornings of March 20 and 21, 2023, the Wanzhou District Political and Legal Affairs Commission and the Changzhou District Political and Legal Affairs Commission of Wuzhou City held the appointment ceremony of chief legal consulting experts respectively. Huang Jianjun, a lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was appointed as the chief expert of the Law Society of the Chief Legal Consulting Expert Committee of Wanzhou District and Changzhou District respectively, and Liang Pei, a lawyer, was appointed as a member of the Law Society of the Chief Legal Consulting Expert Committee of Changzhou District.

Lawyer Huang Jianjun He is the Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm. He is currently the Vice President and Secretary-General of the Wuzhou Lawyers Association, Vice Chairman of the Wuzhou Wanzhou District Women's Federation, Executive Vice President of the Wuzhou Wanzhou District New Social Stratum Friendship Association, and a training course lecturer at the School of Continuing Education of Wuzhou University. In recent years, he has won the honorary titles of National Advanced Individual in Public Legal Service, Guangxi Excellent Lawyer, Guangxi Excellent Female Lawyer, and Guangxi Excellent Party Member Lawyer, and won the Guangxi Lawyer Industry Professional Achievement Award for the 40th Anniversary of the Restoration and Reconstruction of the Lawyer System.

Lawyer Liang Pei He is a full-time lawyer at Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, serving as a perennial legal counsel for many government departments and schools in Wuzhou City. In 2022, he was selected into the Wuzhou Changzhou District Labor and Personnel Dispute Mediator Pool and served as a member of the first batch of hearing officers of the Wuzhou People's Procuratorate, with relatively rich legal practice experience and good communication skills.
Lawyer Huang Jianjun said that he is very honored to be a member of the Legal Advisory Expert Committee and serve as the chief expert of Wanzhou District and Changzhou District.
