On the morning of March 12, 2023, the fourth lesson of the "Tongwang Construction Engineering Law Training Class" organized by the Tongwang Construction Engineering Law Department was held in the Nanning office. The training theme of this course was "Basic Legal Knowledge of Bidding and Tendering." Full-time lawyers from the Tongwang Engineering Law Department, other lawyers from Tongwang Law Firm, and intern lawyers participated in this course training as students.
At the beginning of the course, students first shared their learning of "Basic Legal Knowledge of Bidding and Tendering." Then, Liu Shaowei, director of the engineering department, reviewed and refined the key content of this course with the students. Finally, Nong Xingzhun, a senior lawyer with rich experience in bidding and tendering practice, answered questions and solved doubts about the problems encountered in the practical field.
