2023 is the first year of the third stage of Tongwang's construction and development. Standing at the crossroads of the law firm's development, a series of reforms to deepen professionalism and improve legal services are imperative. From February 25th to 26th, the Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm 2023 annual work conference with the theme of "Grasping Solid Work, Managing and Serving Simultaneously, Accumulating Energy and Strengthening Efforts, and Starting Anew" was successfully held at the Nanning Huayang Fenghua Resort Hotel. Nearly 190 people from Tongwang's Nanning, Liuzhou, Qinzhou, and Wuzhou offices attended the meeting.
I. Summary of Work of the Whole Firm

On the morning of February 25, presided over by Wang Qianfeng, Executive Director of Tongwang, the 2023 work conference of Tongwang Law Firm opened with the national anthem sung by all employees.
(I) Welcome Ceremony for New Partners
The meeting began with a welcome ceremony for new partners. Huang Qiangguang, Director of Tongwang, introduced the seven partners who joined in 2023, namely Xiong Wei, Tan Ganrong, Jiang Yi, Ou Xiuling, Zhong Chuanghong, Zhang Chaomao, and Ling Dan. Director Huang Qiangguang, on behalf of all partners, welcomed them to join the partnership and continue to strive for the development of Tongwang.
(II) Welcome Ceremony for New Employees
The old and new are connected, and the fire is passed on. Director Wang Qianfeng presided over the welcome ceremony for new employees. In 2022, a total of 21 outstanding new employees who uphold the concept of "Unity of Mind and Not Disappointing Expectations" joined the Tongwang family. Their arrival has injected new vitality into Tongwang's long-term development, enriched Tongwang's reserve of young talents, and strengthened Tongwang's solid team moving forward bravely. As members of Tongwang, they will work with all Tongwang people to climb the peak of Tongwang's career.

Subsequently, Director Huang Qiangguang, on behalf of the Administrative Management Committee, briefly summarized the main work of the firm in 2022 and organized the study and exchange of the "Decision on Revising the

Finally, Nong Xuan, Executive Director of Tongwang, made work arrangements on how to implement the spirit of the general staff meeting. He pointed out that all employees of the firm should attach great importance to this professional reform ideologically, and take practical actions to promote the reform matters of the law firm; while adhering to the problem-oriented approach, actively participate in the study and discussion of the "Decision", and conduct serious discussions and exchanges, so as to further promote the professional reform of the law firm.
II. Group Discussion
On the afternoon of February 25, each group conducted group discussions on the content of the "Decision", raised questions concerning the construction of the law firm around the content of the "Decision", and finally summarized the questions and submitted them to the Management Committee for discussion and answering. At the same time, discuss forming or joining business departments to create a new situation for the construction of the law firm.
III. General Staff Meeting
On the morning of February 26, the work conference continued under the chairmanship of Executive Director Nong Xuan. First, the Administrative Management Committee answered questions of concern to the majority of employees.
At the end of the meeting, Director Huang Qiangguang made a concluding speech. He pointed out that in 2023, the guiding ideology and policy of the firm's work are: Grasping Solid Work, Managing and Serving Simultaneously, Accumulating Energy and Strengthening Efforts, and Starting Anew , to re-establish a solid foundation for the long-term development of the law firm in the future. The so-called grasping solid work ， refers to having tasks, requirements, and rewards and punishments. The so-called managing and serving simultaneously refers to the fact that the law firm's management and service of various business departments must be in place and must be continuously strengthened and improved. The so-called accumulating energy and strengthening efforts refers to extracting and sorting out the professional knowledge of relevant business sectors on the basis of systematic learning, developing or improving relevant service products, and further enhancing service capabilities and market competitiveness. The so-called starting anew refers to (collectively) putting aside the past glory, surpassing oneself and catching up with peers in the region in all major fields such as party building work, "four modernizations" construction, and business income; (individually) overcoming the ideas of "waiting, relying, asking, and taking", and jointly carrying out organized, targeted, planned, and measured marketing to occupy and maintain the market.
Regarding the work tasks and plans for the whole firm in 2023, Director Huang Qiangguang pointed out that the first is to convene a meeting of all partners to improve rules and regulations; the second is to broaden ideas and strengthen party building to promote the construction of the firm; the third is to complete the reconstruction of business departments and the establishment of professional committees; the fourth is to promote the construction of important management and service positions/departments; the fifth is to strengthen the construction of branch offices; the sixth is to build a large conference room with a scale of 100 people in the Nanning office; the seventh is to carry out various tasks of professional construction in a solid manner; the eighth is to give full play to the positive role of auxiliary platforms such as the Tongwang Research Institute; the ninth is to strengthen the supervision of the professional construction of various business departments; and the tenth is to build and implement a smooth communication mechanism between the law firm and its employees. In terms of organizational support, Director Huang Qiangguang emphasized that the first is to normalize and standardize the organizational life of the Management Committee; the second is to normalize and standardize the supervision of the Supervisory Committee; and the third is to give full play to the advisory role of the Special Advisory Committee. Pool the wisdom and efforts of everyone, actively contribute to Tongwang's professional construction, and set an example.
No matter how far the road is, we will reach it if we take it; no matter how difficult things are, we will succeed if we do them. The successful convening of this work conference has laid a solid foundation for the development of Tongwang's professional construction in 2023 and added impetus to the law firm's new journey. The new blueprint has been drawn, and the new journey is urging us to set off.
