As the Spring Festival approaches, the weather is cold but the warmth remains. On January 16, Huang Zhiwen, a member of the Guangxi Lawyers Industry Party Committee and Supervisor of the Guangxi Lawyers Association, and his delegation, on behalf of the Guangxi Lawyers Industry Party Committee and the Guangxi Lawyers Association, visited Tongwang Law Firm to conduct a 2023 Spring Festival visit and research activity. The research team held a discussion with Wang Qianfeng, Executive Director of Tongwang Law Firm, Huang Wenxin, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Branch, Wu Jing and Lu Yuzhong, Deputy Directors, and Huang Weilun, Director of the Youth Committee. 10 young lawyers and administrative support staff from Tongwang Law Firm participated in the discussion.
First, Supervisor Huang Zhiwen expressed his sincere condolences and care to the family members of the lawyer of Tongwang Law Firm who died of illness. Then, Wang Qianfeng, Executive Director of Tongwang Law Firm, reported to the research team on the performance of the law firm's functional role, and Huang Wenxin, Deputy Secretary and Deputy Director of the Party Branch, gave a brief report on the law firm's party building work. Subsequently, the research team listened carefully to the demands, opinions, and suggestions of the participants, and the two sides had heartfelt exchanges and exchanged opinions on party building promotion, lawyer industry construction, and young lawyer training.
Finally, Supervisor Huang Zhiwen said that he hopes that the lawyers of our firm will strengthen political study and improve their political standing in the new year; second, further improve the party building work of the law firm, actively develop party members, and strengthen the party organization's leadership over the law firm; third, give full play to the functional role of the law firm, focus on the center, serve the overall situation, and help the development of the lawyer industry.
