In order to consolidate the "first line of defense" against marital and family conflicts and disputes, further improve the diversified resolution mechanism for conflicts and disputes, and do a good job in preventing and resolving marital and family disputes, the Nanning Women's Federation, in conjunction with Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, established the Nanning Marital and Family Dispute Mediation Office to carry out one-year legal (psychological) consultation, marital and family dispute and other services at Tongwang.
Since December 1, 2022, Tongwang Law Firm has opened the marriage mediation room every Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm to receive visits and calls from the public. Through legal (psychological) consultation, it publicizes and popularizes the "Civil Code", the "Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests", the "Law on the Protection of Minors", the "Anti-Domestic Violence Law", and how to correctly handle marital relationships, parent-child relationships, etc., and mediate marital and family disputes. Tongwang Law Firm will provide good services for the prevention and resolution of marital and family disputes to the society and the public with professional legal literacy.
In March 2016, the "Guangxi Tongwang Marriage and Family Legal Service Center", a permanent public welfare service internal organization funded and managed by Tongwang Law Firm, was officially established, and Tongwang's branches throughout the region were relied on to establish Tongwang Marriage and Family Legal Service Branch Centers in Liuzhou, Qinzhou, Wuzhou and other cities to provide legal services to vulnerable women and children in the region, and to jointly carry out marriage and family legal publicity and education activities with local women's federations, communities and other grass-roots organizations to promote social concern for vulnerable groups.
