Recently, the Pre-litigation Mediation Service Center for the Rights and Interests of Enterprise Employees, jointly established by the Wanzhou District People's Court of Wuzhou City, Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, Wuzhou Federation of Trade Unions, Wuzhou Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee, and Guangxi Wuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Pre-litigation Service Center), successfully mediated a dispute between an enterprise and its employees. A representative of a company presented the Pre-litigation Service Center with a banner that read "Escorting Enterprises, Solving Problems for Enterprises" and expressed gratitude, thanking the mediation center for resolving this complex dispute case for the company.

In the middle of this year, the Pre-litigation Mediation Service Center received mediation applications from 27 workers who had reached an oral agreement with a temporary project team of a company in the High-tech Zone for landscaping and cleaning operations. After the cleaning operation was completed, the temporary project team was disbanded. The workers and the company had a disagreement on the unit price of the operation, and they could not reach an agreement after more than a year. After receiving the application, the Pre-litigation Mediation Service Center quickly consulted with multiple units in the industry to understand the labor remuneration for similar types of operations. After multiple rounds of legal interpretation and persuasion, both parties finally reached a mediation plan for the payment of labor costs, and the demands of the 27 workers were resolved in a timely and proper manner.
