From November 1st to 4th, 2022, the "2022 Guangxi Anti-Monopoly Law Enforcement Training Class" organized by the Guangxi Market Supervision Bureau opened in Nanning. Our firm's lawyer, Huang Junlin, was invited to lecture at the training class.

In order to enhance the synergy of anti-monopoly law enforcement and further improve the anti-monopoly law enforcement capabilities and standards of law enforcement personnel, the Guangxi Market Supervision Bureau organized the "2022 Guangxi Anti-Monopoly Law Enforcement Training Class" to provide special training on the new "Anti-Monopoly Law" and fair competition policies for members of the Guangxi anti-monopoly law enforcement talent pool and law enforcement backbones from market supervision bureaus at the city and county levels. To improve the level of the training class, the Guangxi Market Supervision Bureau invited experts from both inside and outside the system, such as the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Guangxi Market Supervision Bureau, to give special lectures. Lawyer Huang Junlin, as an anti-monopoly expert in Guangxi, was invited to give a lecture on the theme of "Anti-Monopoly Law Enforcement and Fair Competition Review Involving Litigation Risk Prevention."

Lawyer Huang Junlin focused on typical administrative litigation cases in the field of anti-monopoly law enforcement in China in recent years. From the common points of dispute in administrative litigation cases of anti-monopoly law enforcement, the legal risks that may be involved in fair competition review, and suggestions for further promoting fair competition review, he focused on reminding anti-monopoly law enforcement officials of the legal risks that should be prevented in anti-monopoly law enforcement and fair competition review.
After the class, the trainees said that Lawyer Huang Junlin's lectures were rich in content, accurate in interpretation, and thorough in analysis. The typical cases that fit the law enforcement practice resolved the dryness of the legal provisions, and the fascinating introduction method aroused heated discussions, which is of great guiding significance for the trainees to learn and use the "Anti-Monopoly Law" and fair competition policies.
