From September 20 to 21, 2022, the Guangxi Court Bankruptcy Trial Work Conference was held in Liuzhou City. The Enterprise Bankruptcy and Reorganization Legal Affairs Department of our firm (hereinafter referred to as the Bankruptcy Department) sent representatives to participate in the conference. In order to convey and study the spirit of the conference and improve the level of our firm's lawyers in handling bankruptcy cases, on October 13, Tongwang Law Firm organized a special training aimed at conveying and studying the spirit of the Guangxi Court Bankruptcy Trial Work Conference and unifying legal application opinions.
This training was organized by the Bankruptcy Department and was conducted simultaneously through offline training and online Tencent Meeting live broadcast. Xiong Wei, Deputy Director of the Bankruptcy Department and member of the Investor Recruitment and Property Disposal Committee of the Guangxi Bankruptcy Administrator Association, gave the lecture. The main core members of the Tongwang Law Firm's fixed bankruptcy administrator team, all members of the Bankruptcy Department, and many other lawyers enthusiastic about legal services in the field of bankruptcy participated in the training.

During the training, Lawyer Xiong Wei introduced the overview of the Guangxi Court Bankruptcy Trial Work Conference, emphasized the key tasks of the current bankruptcy trial proposed by the conference, and focused on conveying and studying a series of unified legal application opinions recently proposed by the conference to the trainees. During the learning process, the trainees conducted interactive exchanges and discussions on some difficult issues encountered in practice based on the main spirit of the conference, deepening their understanding and thinking of the spirit of the conference.

Through this internal training, the participating lawyers have a new unified understanding of the key points and adjudication ideas of the Guangxi Court's bankruptcy trial work, have used their brains, and have clarified the focus of work and learning research direction for handling bankruptcy business currently and in the future, which will help to handle relevant bankruptcy cases in a more targeted and efficient manner in the future.
