Strengthening Management and Promoting Development | Tongwang Institute's 2022 Theme Speech Contest Officially Kicks Off

On September 17th, the preliminary round of the 2022 Tongwang thematic speech contest officially kicked off. The Nanning office venue was attended by Lu Yuzhong, Deputy Director of Tongwang, Xu Xiaoye, Chen Kepeng, Deputy Directors of the Youth Committee, Li Meihong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Youth Committee, and Ni Yehua, an outstanding young lawyer representative, as judges, with more than 40 people participating in the preliminary round. Each office followed up with the preliminary round of the competition.

The participants delivered a 6-minute thematic speech focusing on "Standardized Construction", "Introduction to Tongwang", and "Customer-Oriented, Cooperation and Win-Win". Combining their own work experience in Tongwang, the contestants demonstrated the development history and achievements of Tongwang, as well as their glorious years of growing together with Tongwang; by listing and analyzing classic cases at home and abroad, the contestants elaborated on the necessity and importance of Tongwang's "Standardized Construction"; indexing the working concept of "Customer-Oriented, Cooperation and Win-Win", the contestants clarified the inevitable requirements of sincere cooperation and mutual benefit with customers.

After fierce competition, a total of 6 contestants from the Nanning office were selected for the final, and 2 contestants each from the Liuzhou, Qinzhou, and Wuzhou offices were selected. They won the recognition of the judges and other contestants with their professional speeches, distinct styles, and wonderful performances, and will continue to advance to the final with their own advantages and strengths.

The final of this speech contest will be held in Nanning on September 24. We wish the contestants who have advanced to the final to achieve excellent results in the competition, show the demeanor of lawyers, and demonstrate the style of the law firm.
