In order to promote employees' familiarity and understanding of the firm's culture, to recognize and support Tongwang culture from the bottom of their hearts, to improve the enthusiasm of the firm's employees in promoting and publicizing Tongwang culture, and to further improve the firm's management level and standardized construction, and to promote the firm to be more refined, specialized, bigger and stronger, the firm decided to hold a theme speech contest on the innovative activities of "strengthening management and promoting development" in September.

In order to improve the speech level of the contestants, on September 4, the firm specially invited Yang Zhentao, the fourth Top Ten TV Host of Guangxi Radio and Television Station and a first-class announcer, to the Tongwang Law School to provide pre-match guidance and training for the contestants. This training was conducted simultaneously online and offline, with more than 60 people from the Nanning Office and various branch offices participating in the training.

Teacher Yang Zhentao told the contestants how to overcome tension by changing their thinking, adjust their expression to the best state, integrate stories into their speeches, and find the resonance point with the audience by displaying vivid and rich examples from all walks of life. Finally, Teacher Yang introduced four kinds of speech structure thinking to help everyone clear their thoughts in the speech, so as to build a structured and logically smooth speech paradigm.
