Implementing and practicing Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law is the fundamental guideline and action plan for advancing the comprehensive rule of law in the new era. On August 23 and 30, 2022, Huang Jianjun, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to conduct two special lectures on Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law for party members and cadres of the Liujiang District Taxation Bureau of Liuzhou City.
In this lecture, Huang Jianjun provided an in-depth interpretation of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, clarifying the political direction indicated by Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, the people-centered concept of the rule of law, and the key tasks proposed. She elaborated on six aspects: "Strengthening the implementation and supervision of the Constitution to safeguard its authority," "Promoting scientific legislation and improving the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics," "Strictly administering according to law and accelerating the construction of a government under the rule of law," "Adhering to judicial justice," "Enhancing the legal awareness of all citizens," and "Building a high-quality legal team." This gave the trainees a comprehensive, systematic, accurate, scientific, pragmatic, and rigorous understanding of the spirit and core essence of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, and enhanced the political stance of tax cadres.
